Year 3 - Compliments the C2C Unit "Is it living?"
Students will explore our forest environment for living, non-living and once living elements, recognising the characteristics of living things such as growing, moving, sensitivity and reproducing. The students will meet our Blue-Tongue Lizard and Carpet Python to discuss their characteristics and find out why scientists group them as reptiles.
Students use methods such as drawing and photography to record observations.
