Jacobs Well Environmental Education Centre is able to offer day visits or multiple day camps.

Our staff are available to discuss and design your program to ensure students and clients receive the best possible experience and acquire all desired learning outcomes.

Our priority is to service Education Queensland facilities. Although it is a priority, we also service a small percentage of local private schools and community groups.

We have also been able to provide Professional Development days for whole of school staff at our centre. For any enquiries contact the centre directly.

Day visits

Day visits can cater for up to two class groups at a time, but this is restricted to one class group if using our boats.

See our Day Excursion Information Booklet for teachers and students attending Jacobs Well for a single day's activities. The booklet contains the following information:

  • what students need to bring
  • what students need to wear
  • checklists for teachers
