Covered eating area
Visiting schools have the option of dining inside or out. We also have an outdoor barbeque and pizza oven adjacent to our under-cover outdoor dining area. Tables and chairs cater for up to 40 persons in a purpose–built dining room or in a shaded outdoor area.

Kitchen
The centre has a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen which includes:
- upright freezer
- large double door refrigerator
- commercial oven
- 4 burner gas stove
- bar-b-que plate
- electric urn
- 6 slice toaster
- stainless steel preparation benches
- 2 large eskies and drink containers
- an assortment of utensils, pots and pans and serving bowls.

Catering
Catering is the responsibility of the visiting school. Our centre has a preferred professional caterer. Please contact our centre for more information.
If you wish to engage the services of an alternate caterer, please have them contact the centre prior to booking. It is expected that you will ensure Education Queensland’s ‘Healthy Food - Smart Choices’ policy is adhered to, whether self–catering or engaging the services of a professional.
